Challenge
BUNKA HOSTEL TOKYO is an accommodation for travelers in Asakusa that showcases Japanese culture. With the new launch of this facility, there was a need for communication strategies that convey its concept of "unique comfort, convenience, and enjoyment of a Japanese hostel. These strategies aim to attract flashpacker customers from all over the world.
Solution
We were in charge of brand design through the website, conducting research ranging from initial user interviews and problem setting to on-site investigations at the hotel. We handled the design and direction of communication strategies that enhance brand empathy and anticipation for stays, centered on the selection of visuals that convey the hotel's vibrancy and fun, as well as a compact and user-friendly information architecture that resonates with the concept.
